The PUMed Postal Innovation Award is a yearly contest made to acknowledge the innovation efforts of its members and reward the most innovative proposal presented whereby the member countries evaluate all the proposals at a first step and then a Jury panel composed of 5 postal experts and consultants do the final evaluation of 3 shortlisted proposals. In 2020 contest, the following 9 member countries participated:

  7. Lebanon: LIBANPOST S.A.L. - LibanPost’s Omni channel Approach, An Innovative Seamless Navigation Process
  8. Cyprus: CYPRUS DEPARTMENT OF POSTAL SERVICES - Citizen Center (KE.PO.) Online Booking System
  9. Jordan: JORDAN POST COMPANY - Smart Delivering System for e-Government services Output.
  10. Turkey: Regional marketplaces in all Turkish regions, involving digital and physical networks, CSR

SOCIEDAD ESTATAL "CORREOS Y TELEGRAFOS" S.A. was announced as the winner of the 2020 edition and rewarded for its “#CorreosCompensa” project during the PUMed online event on the 26th of November, 2020.
